Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

To be eligible for a return, customers must provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Return Request Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and photos/videos showing the issue.

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Return requests sent after the allowed period may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund to the original payment method, depending on the situation.

Refunds are processed after the returned item (if required) has been received and inspected.

Refund processing times may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Shayvora will cover the return or replacement.

  • If the return is requested for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it.

Delivery Time Notice

Orders within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) typically arrive within 25–30 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on logistics conditions.

International delivery is available upon request and may have different delivery times.
